Gets the configuration of a runbook in that has been set to be invoked when a specified event is raised.

Detailed Description
The Get-SCSPFExtensibleEventHandler cmdlet gets the configuration for the runbook that is invoked whenever the VirtualMachineCreated or ServiceCreated extensible events are raised.
Parameters
-EventName<String>
Specifies either VirtualMachineCreated or ServiceCreated for the event that invokes an Orchestrator runbook. These are the only permitted values for this parameter.
