Why are everything deactivated under manage email apps after changing the password?

Hello,

when we create new users in AD, they have to change the password when they log in for the first time.

After the password has been changed and ADSync has been initiated, all options are automatically deactivated in the EAC under manage email apps and the OwaMailboxPolicy default is removed. This means Outlook no longer works (desktop and web).

If the options under manage email apps are reactivated, Outlook will work again after 2-3 minutes.

I only have this problem with new users.

    Hallo buya,

    Die Outlook Web App-Standardpostfachrichtlinie wird nicht automatisch auf Postfächer angewendet. Es stehen keine integrierten Optionen zur automatischen Anwendung der OWA-Richtlinie auf neu erstellte Postfächer zur Verfügung. Es wird empfohlen, das neue Postfach mit Powershell zu erstellen und die OWA-Richtlinie mit dem Befehl Set-CASMailbox hinzuzufügen. Oder Du kannst eine Zeitplanaufgabe erstellen, um den Powershell-Befehl Set-CASMailbox auszuführen, um die OWA-Postfachrichtlinie täglich außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten anzuwenden.     Hallo Ivan,

    ok, verstehe ich. Aber warum wird die Policy zuerst zugewiesen und nach Passwortänderung wieder entfernt? Habe im AD die option "user must change password at next logon" deaktiviert und wenn das PW nicht geändert wird. bleibt die Policy beim User auch zugewiesen, zudem habe ich das Problem erst seit 2-3 Wochen.
