Der zurückgegebene Wert hängt vom NodeType des Knotens ab. Bei XmlAttribute-Knoten ist diese Eigenschaft der Wert des Attributs.

Der Knoten ist schreibgeschützt, und ein Set-Vorgang wird aufgerufen.
