PipelineComponent.InsertExternalMetadataColumnAt Method

Inserts a new external metadata column into the collection of external metadata columns at the specified index. This method is not CLS-compliant.

Parameter

iID
The ID of the IDTSInput90 or IDTSOutput90 that the external metadata column is associated with.

iExternalMetadataColumnIndex
The index at which the new external metadata column should be inserted into the collection.

strName
The Name of the new external metadata column.

strDescription
The Description of the new external metadata column.

Rückgabewert

The newly created IDTSExternalMetadataColumn90.
