IWMAuthorizer::GetCert method (wmsecure.h)

[The feature associated with this page, Windows Media Format 11 SDK, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by Source Reader and Sink Writer. [GetCert is available for use in the operating systems specified in the Requirements section. It may be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions. Instead, use Microsoft PlayReady. ]

Retrieves the specified certificate.

Syntax

HRESULT GetCert(
  [in]  DWORD dwIndex,
  [out] BYTE  **ppbCertData
);

Parameters

[in] dwIndex

The index of the certification to retrieve.

[out] ppbCertData

An address of a pointer to certification data. ppbCertData is allocated with CoTaskMemAlloc and must be released by the user.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
