Make a broadband connection using Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE)

To make a broadband connection using Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE)
Open Network Connections.
Double-click New Connection Wizard, and then click Next.
Click Connect to the Internet, and then click Next.
To create a high-speed connection that requires you to sign in, click Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password, and click Next.
Type the name of your ISP in ISP Name, and click Next.
Do one of the following:
If you want this connection to be made available to all users on your network, click Anyone's use, and then click Next.
If you want to reserve the connection for your own use, click My use only, and then click Next.
In User name, type the account name your ISP assigned to you. In Password and Confirm password, type the password for your account name, and click Next.
To create a shortcut for this connection on your desktop, select the Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop check box.
Click Finish.
Notes
To make a connection available to any user, you must be logged on as a member of the Administrators group.
To open Network Connections, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Network Connections.
