    Hi @Vadiraj Rao,

Thank you for posting in this community.

There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. If a user is unable to access their own OneDrive, please check User Permissions in SharePoint Admin Center:
      • Log in to the SharePoint admin center.
      • Navigate to More features > User profiles > Manage User Profiles. User's image User's image
      • Enter the user’s name and find their profile.
      • Right-click the affected user and select Manage site collection owners. User's image
      • Ensure that the user is the administrator of their personal site (OneDrive for Business). If not, add them as the personal site collection administrator.
      • This step allows the user to take over administrative rights for their OneDrive.
    2. If user can't access another user's OneDrive, please review Permissions on the OneDrive Site:
      • Open OneDrive site, go to OneDrive Settings > More Settings >Return to old Site Settings page > Site permissions. Please use the administrator account of that shared OneDrive site. User's image User's image User's image
      • In the ribbon, select Check Permissions.
      • Enter the user’s name in the User/Group field and click Check Now.
      • Review the permissions the user has on the site. User's image
    3. Reinstall OneDrive:
      • Sometimes reinstalling OneDrive can resolve permission-related issues.
      • Quit OneDrive from the taskbar or menu bar.
      • Uninstall OneDrive from the control panel (Windows) or applications folder (Mac).
      • Download and install a fresh version of OneDrive from the official link.
      • Sign in to OneDrive and check if the error persists.

As ADMIN for a single user I encountered an error while trying to access "Manage site collection owners"

    Access Denied

me_admin@domain does not have permissions to access this resource.

    Isn't that funny?
