ERROR: "Remote Desktop License Issue. There is a problem with your Remote Desktop license, and your session will be disconnected in 60 minutes." - on Windows Server 2019

I am having the following error even after correctly activating the TS Cal (Windows Remote Desktop Services SAL) on Windows Server 2019:

Our RDS licenses that we have always used (RDS Per User CAL) have always worked and continue to work on our Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 servers.

However, recently it was necessary to install and activate a license on a Windows Server 2019 server and even though the activation was done correctly (we tried both by telephone and by the "Services Provider License Agreement" method and in both cases the license was successfully activated) as we can see in the image below, I still continue to get the message: "Remote Desktop License Issue. There is a problem with your Remote Desktop license, and your session will be disconnected in 60 minutes.".

I called Microsoft and asked for support (0800 761 7454) and they informed me that there might be a problem with some configuration.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    Hello,

    You should verify the versions of your Licensing server, CALs, and Session host.

    Ideally, the version compatibility should follow this order: Licensing server ≥ CALs ≥ Session host. The setup will function most smoothly when all components are of the same version.

    For instance, if you have a 2016 CAL, it will work seamlessly with a 2016 Licensing server and a 2016 Session host. It may also be compatible with a 2019 Licensing server and a 2012 Session host, although this configuration is less optimal.
