Hey,

I'm reaching out because my Azure engagement score hasn’t updated, which is delaying access to additional credits. My startup relies heavily on these credits, and we’ve currently used $18,026 of our $25,000 allocation. With our credits running low, this delay could impact our work.

Could you please help update my engagement score or suggest any interim options to avoid interruptions? Your assistance would be invaluable to keeping our project on track.

    The Engagement score measures how actively you’re using Azure and shows the strength of your partnership with Microsoft. The more you build on Azure, the higher your score can go. Only startups with Azure credits of $25,000 or more will see this score in Founders Hub, while accounts with $5,000 or less in credits won’t display a score and will instead show “No score available.”

    Why do I see “No Score Available”?

    If your Azure credits are $5,000 or less, your Engagement score won’t be displayed. For accounts with $25,000 or more in credits, the Engagement score starts calculating within the first three months after joining the program or receiving additional credits. During this time, you’ll see “No score available.” By the fourth month, the score will appear, reflecting your engagement and encouraging further use of Azure.

    How can I improve my Engagement score?

    To increase your Engagement, consider using more Azure tools and services, including:

    • Reviewing and optimizing your Azure infrastructure.
    • Trying out AI features in the Build with AI tab.
    • Exploring business tools in the Benefits tab of Founders Hub.
    • Connecting with an Azure engineer for personalized advice on your projects.

    The more you build and experiment on Azure, the higher your Engagement score can grow.
