Create OOBE once for a user after prepping machine

Hello!

I've imaged a desktop computer for my father. Installed on the software I want and activated windows as well as office.

I'm shipping it to him and want him to see the OOBE when he powers computer on so he can create his user account, sign in to microsoft account if need be, etc.

Do I simply sysprep with OOBE but NOT generalize?

I feel like I'm overthinking this?

    Hi,

    Sysprep /generalize prepares the Windows installation to be imaged. If this option is specified, all unique system information is removed from the Windows installation. The security ID (SID) resets; any system restore points are cleared; event logs are deleted.

    Sysprep without /generalize option just prepare the computer for the end-user, no changes to system.
