Unable to add phone using settings app

Hello,
I have Windows 10 Home Version 20H2.
When I try to add a phone using the settings app it shows that some settings are managed by your organization.
I have tried all the solutions available on the internet but with no success

    Hello,



    Open Group Policy Editor.

    Go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Group Policy.

    Set Phone-PC linking on this device policy setting to Not configured.

    Close Group Policy Editor and reboot.

    You could try connecting through the Your Phone app.

    If the issue remains, try configuring this GPO setting:
    Locate Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Cloud Content > Disable Turn off Microsoft consumer experiences

    Edit the DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures DWORD registry key (set it to 0): Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent

    Then reboot.

    Hi,
    Sorry that this issue hasn’t been resolevd.

    You could try changing this registry:
    Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
    In right-side pane, delete "EnableMmx".
