Error "Could not mount this file" when trying to open Visio

Downloaded Visio from Azure. When I try to open it I receive an error message "Could not mount this file". I have tried re-downloading the file multiple times but I receive the same error.

I have a Mac, so I am using Parallel to run Windows 11 so that I can access Microsoft Visio.

Please help.

    Did this problem only appear in Visio files? How about other kinds of files?
