Automatic reconnection - Enabled
Select RDP transport protocols - Use both UDP and TCP
Computer Configuration\Administratives Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Remote Session Environment
Configure compression for RemoteFX data - select as desired
Configure image quality of RemoteFX Adaptive Graphics - select as desired
Configure RemoteFX Adaptive Graphics - select as desired
Also, you could check event logs to figure our the cause of disconnections.
Event viewer\windows logs\security, application, system
Event Viewer\Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\TerminalServices-ClientActiveXCore (RDPClient/Analytic, RDPClient/Debug, RDPClient/Operational
