I want to create an usercontrol like Timer control. Which user can set properties at design time and nothing on the form.

Hi Kodeeswaran, since our forum is about the usage of tools and editors in Visual Studio, may I ask which kind of project do you use? Do you use Windows Forms projects, WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation) projects or other kinds of projects?
