office home and business 2016

Hello,
Im getting an error to activate our office home and business 2016 in our company. After i install the office H&B 2016 i click to use a serial code instead to create or use account, but after insert the serial code a button appears below to do "Redeem Online" and i click on it and a webpage of "setup.office.com/enterpin?ctid=......." is open and i do a login and after an error message appears saying "this product key has already been used" and there is a hiperlink "install it from Microsoft account" and i click on it and another webpage is open and there shows all our office licenses but i didn´t find our needed serial code and there are a lot of Office H&B 2016 that doesn´t show their serial code in this page but have a hiperlink to click "download now from your Microsoft account" and i click on it and i go to another webpage that shows to me 10 office H&B 2016 but all these serial codes is not the serial that i am trying to activate . I have the serial code fisically on hands (a kind of serial code label ) and i can´t install or move it to another pc and ca´t find it inside setup.office account. Please i need a help to find this serial code to manage it.

    Generally, the message "this product key has already been used" means that there is already a Microsoft account bound to this Office, your product key can only be redeemed once.

    To install and activate this redeemed Office Home & Business 2016, only having a code is not enough, you need to login the correct Microsoft account into "Services and Subscriptions".
    Product keys for one-time purchases of Office Home & Business are available at the Services and Subscriptions, then you could find the Office to install.

    Based on your description, maybe you could find the person who manages Office in your company and confirm whether there is any record of the code and the associated account.
    Or you may contact Microsoft, try to to see if you can get some help.
