It's been a while since I signed into my Microsoft Learn account, and it is now requiring me to complete additional verification steps.

Why does my MSA require additional verification steps?
The Microsoft account that you use to sign into Microsoft Learn may need verification if you haven't used that account for a while, or if your account requires email or phone verification. Complete the verification steps as instructed. If verification fails there will be an appeal button you can use and the risk team will get back to you as soon as possible.
