Hello,
I am trying to access one of the billing API -
https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/v1/customers/{customer-id}/servicecosts/{billing-period} from my service code.
But I am getting error as shown below -
"error": "http status code 403"
But the my service code is also having other partner center api's such as ratecard and invoice api's, and these api's are working fine and giving the expected response.
Is there any permissions needs to be provided or authentication process I need to perform to access above partner center billing api?

Use this URL to generate your own token with all permissions that is needed.
https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenantid}/oauth2/v2.0/authorize?client_id={}&response_type=token&redirect_uri=https://jwt.ms&scope=https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/.default&state=12345
Input this url: https://jwt.ms&scope in your app (inside Azure) before.
