Dark mode in Powerpoint not available

Darf community users

We are running O365, Version 2002 (Build 12527.20880 click and run).
On some clients we are confronted with the issue that we only have three office designs available. The dark mode (black) is missing.

Any idea how we can solve this issue?

    Hi @Gaechter, Bjoern ,

    The Black theme feature is only available if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription. If you are a Microsoft 365 subscriber, make sure you have the latest version of Office.

    Hi @Gaechter, Bjoern ,
    Please go to Control Panel and check if you also installed other version of Office in the same PC. If yes, try to remove it and repair Office 365.
    Then you can sign out the account and sign in again.
    I suggest you provide the Account inform about the Office and provide the screenshot here.

    If you are fond of dark mode then you have to take Office 365 subscription.

    Unfortunatelly this doesn't solve the issue. The regkey seems to work for Office 2016, but not for O365.
