    Hello,

Thank you so much for posting here.

According to our description, the trust domains have been validated successfully as shown below, right?

"when you browse the user active directory, the user is not found."

According to my understanding, we Changed Domain on AD users and Computers and then connected to another domain between which there is trust relationship. But the user could not be found.

If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know.

Have we checked whether the DC and AD replication work properly? Whether our AD environment is healthy, we can check as below:

    1. We should check if all DCs work fine by running Dcdiag /v on every DC.
    2. And check if AD replication is working properly by running repadmin /showrepl and repadmin /replsum on every DC.
    3. Run the command repadmin /showrepl * /csv >C:\showrepl.csv on one DC to check the AD replication of all DCs.

Thank you so much for your time and support.

    Best regards,
    Hannah Xiong
