Cannot add my work account Microsoft Authenticator -iphone - Global admin

Hello,
I am the global admin and I am the only active users. I downloaded this MS Auth app and when I added my work account and scanned the qr code it says it is already used and now i don't have access to my Office 365 and Azure.
I don't have my Iphone backed up, I have formatted my iPhone hoping i can add back the MS Auth app, all i have now is user name, password and my registered phone number. Can MS send me SMS or phone call. How do I fix this and who do I contact.

When i scan the QR code it says is" you already used this QR code to add an account. Generate a new QR code and try. When i sign into the outlook or azure it says the Approve sign in request
"We've sent a notification to your mobile device. Please open the Microsoft Authenticator app to respond.", and now dont get the msg,
