How did you open the class notebooks? Please open it via OneNote online and Desktop App to check this issue.
- If this issue just occurs with OneNote online, please clear your browser cache to check this issue.
- If this issue just occurs with Desktop App, which version are you using now? OneNote or OneNote for Windows 10? Please update the OneNote.
- If this issue exist no matter online or on app, please check your network.

Did you use Teams online or Teams clients? Please use the two different types of Team to troubleshoot issues of network or client.
Please also try to download the document to have a check.
- If this issue also happened with Word document downloaded, please test other documents to rule out the corrupt of file.
