Video from Azure not able to seek backward or forward

I am hosting mp4 videos on Azure storage. When I open the mp4 file through the chrome browser, the video plays fine but I am not able to seek the video forward or backward. How to fix this?

    @Whatfix Azure Blob Storage is for storage purposes and its capabilities are limited wrt to playing a video. Therefore, you will have to use a media service/player for fast forward capability.
