Unable to Schedule Exam

Hi, I am Irfan Ahmed. I have scheduled 4 exams of azure in which one got expired called az103 and next I have given az900 and passed. After which due to some reasons I canceled my two azure exam is known to be as az500 and az104. But unfortunately, when I get a login to my Microsoft account I see they are still Appointments list and I am unable to schedule those exams since I need to do them as soon as possible. when I click to start the online exam it takes me to the Pearson dashboard and when I click cancel or reschedule it shows an error "50043: We did not find an appointment for you. Or there might be an issue with your appointment. Please contact customer support." Apart from these when I go to book the exam as a new exam it gives me an error "You've either already passed this exam or currently have this exam scheduled with Pearson VUE. Please select another certification exam available at $15 USD for job seekers.
To view your previously completed certification exams or upcoming exam appointments, visit your certification dashboard." Please check and resolve this issue I am waiting for a positive response. Regards
