I cant able to delete my VM file and it showing only the executing status

When i try to delete a VM file i created i cant able to delete it and no error just time out message

    Is the virtual machine running? Have you tried rebooting the host?

    Remove the VM associated with the file from Hyper-V and then try again.
    If not success, please reboot the Hyper-V server after removing that.

    VM status is unknown and the VM is host in azure ... i deleted all the VM resources but still able to delete the VM file. When i try to delete the process is running and after 2 or 3 hours its getting failed.
