    There is no method to migrate a work / school account to a microsoft personal account. You'll just need to create a new account.

    @Alejandro Corral ,

    I agree with DSPatrick, we could not change a Microsoft business account to a personal Microsoft Account.

    Generally, a Microsoft business account is a Work or School account which is created by an organization’s administrator to enable a member of the organization to access Microsoft cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure, Windows Intune, or activate Microsoft 365 clients which are included in some Microsoft 365 Business Plans.
    Besides, a company or school account can take the form of a user’s work email address.

    Your Microsoft account is the one that you use for personal services like Xbox Live, Outlook.com, Windows 10, Windows Phone, and more.

    Any questions or updates, please let us know.
