I already delete one of test configuration on azure network watcher, but this why this test still shown in the dashboard even i got tooltip 'item has been deleted"

I understand that you are seeing the TestGroup in Azure Portal even after deleting it.
I am able to reproduce this error at my end.
I shall check this behavior and update this thread.

this morning i can see deleted item already done in the dashboard. Maybe need time to disappear in the dashboard after we deleted the test group.

This is expected behavior. The data will be shown in the portal at least 7 days AFAIK.
Basically, the data is stored in a linked log analytics workspace. This is why Network Watcher service still discovers the data. Wait for several days. They will be gone
