Auto pilot reset failed

When doing an autopilot reset from the portal I get an error that cannot be completed, when doing a local reset it works perfectly and shows me the autopilot menu where I enter my user UPN etc.

Has anyone had a similar situation?

This happens to me on two DELL devices and one HP.

The order is sent, but it is not carried out and when I do it manually if it is satisfactory.

    @Douglas Bonilla , Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems the Autopilot Reset failed with error.

    Before going on, could you confirm if the device version is Windows 10, version 1809 and later?

    Meanwhile, I find the Autopilot Reset does not support Hybrid Azure AD joined devices. please check if the device is hybrid Azure AD joined device.

    @Crystal-MSFT @Rahul Jindal [MVP]

    I have carried out the tests and when I do a local reset it works correctly, but when I send it from the portal the action is not completed the device restarts and shows the error screen, I have verified and from the portal it appears enrolled in autopilot and has an assigned profile. I have made this same reset from the portal to an hp computer and it was satisfactory, I am thinking that it is something with the device, it is a DELL with serial number B2GWGJ3
