Cannot register developer account

I tried to assign a number to each characters: 2 corresponding to "B", 20 to "T", and 1 to "A", so I got "BTA". I then entered it into Bing, and discovered that "BTA Achieves Microsoft Certified Partner Gold Status" which is great news for them I guess. I then went to BTA's website and discovered this in their HTML <!--@@TELERIK_RAD_CODE_BLOCK_START@@-->. This actually encouraged me, because TELERIK is almost an anagram of RETICLE, which I guess is Microsoft's way of telling me I was on the right path. But then the nurse came, and now I have to submit this ticket and ask for help instead.

Seriously though, does Microsoft want my money or not?
