.Net Framework Unable to get performance counters.

I am using Windows Server 2019.
The server was created on 2022-07.
Windows has never been updated

Recently, the event log encountered appcrash, CLR20r3, AppHangB1, and so on.NetFrameWork version
Updated from version 4.7 to version 4.8.0.

After the update, appcrash, CLR20r3, and AppHangB1 are unresolved and the error "Performance Counter Data could not be imported" occurs.

Is there a solution?

서버는 2022-07 에 생성함.
윈도우 업데이트 한번도 한적 없음

최근에 이벤트 로그에 appcrash, CLR20r3, AppHangB1 등이 발생하여 .NetFrameWork 버전을
4.7 버전에서 4.8.0 버전으로 업데이트 하였습니다.

업데이트 후 appcrash, CLR20r3, AppHangB1는 해결되지 않았으며 "성능 카운터 데이터를 가져올 수 없습니다" 라는 에러가 발생합니다.

해결 방법이 있을까요?
