Working with M-365 Business Premium for Non-profits, initial set-up for new laptops was great in August and all user credentials worked fine (including OneDrive sync etc.). Since we relaunched our website and moved the domains to a new host (& updated MX with M-365) we cannot login to any Microsoft apps on the laptops. Office.com logins work fine via browsers and all apps are working, but no longer able to use Office apps/downloaded software on laptops and sync for OneDrive or SharePoint is broken. Messages are "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" or "ftnd.ca isn't in our system" when it's our primary domain. Ugh... please help!
