secure vhub to vhub two region connection

I have vnet1 (0.0.0.0/0) pint to AFW1 (1.1.1.1) then connection to vhub1 and vnet2 (0.0.0.0/0) point to AFW2 2.2.2.2 then connection to vhub2.I can reach afw2 from vm1 but can't reach vm2 .Any advice or document that can help pls.

I understand that you are facing issues with connecting to an VM2 in VHub2 from VM1 in VHub1.

I see the traffic is passing still Azure Firewall in VHub2.

May I know how you are confirming this?

I believe you are checking the logs from AzFW2, but please confirm

If so, is the traffic "allowed" in the Firewall.

Are you having a custom Route table associated to the VNet connection where VM2 resides?

Or it is using the Default Route Table?

Make sure there is no NSG block in VM2

I see @Roderick Bant has shared the docs for various routing scenarios.

Also, if you could provide more details about your infrastructure, that would really help a lot.
