Print margin choice reverts back to 'default' after a couple print out and/or days. Does not always stay at the settings I set it at. (For a business)

Hello, I am the IT in a car dealership, we have to print out multiple parts and accessories estimate every day from multiple different PCs. All PCs are the same brand, specs, age, etc.

We use Edge on all computers, we absolutely need to print estimates using the 'Minimum' margin settings.

So all PCs with Microsoft edge are setup to print out using 'minimum' margin.

It will print good, using the 'minimum' margin for a little while. But, we have noticed that after either a couple days or after a couple print-outs, the margin setup changes from 'minimum' to 'default'. That causes us to loose some crucial information on our estimates since it does not print out correctly.

So I have to go on more than 20 different PCs and show the employees how to change the setting back to 'minimum' at least once or twice EVERY week. It is very time consuming and becoming frustrating.

Can I have a definitive solution or is there at least a team working on a fix ?

Could it be when Edge updates that it changes the margin setup back to default ? Could it be when Windows update ?

Something needs to be done.

We also cannot use Google Chrome since all our dealership applications and websites are configured to be optimal on Edge only.

Hello. I really need to set default narrow size or custom and that custom does not change by itself (automatically) as said on the above colleagues posts. Any solution about it?

I´d like to know if there is a way to set the defaults margin values or do what the colleague said: keep the last selected choice always default, until change it. because it resets to default. the narrow and none is EQUAL. i'd like to set the NARROW value te 1mm (UPPER) x 1mm (BOTTOM) x 1mm (LEFT) x 1mm (RIGHT). Is there a way to set it on Windows api, maybe on REGEDIT? or something like that? or only Microsoft Team of programmers do this bug fix?
