Azure Video Indexer - Need to use as On Prem service

For specific clients we need to use Azure Indexer as an On Prem service. Please confirm if the same is available as On prem option with all features or not.

    @chintan shah I worked on a similar query before from another user and did not find an option to use video indexer as an on-prem service. Please see this thread.
    I do not see any update in the documentation on using the same as an on-prem service. Thanks!!
