mised calls contact name

Dear all,

I have SFB 2019 server on premise and users on exchange online(office365). When i recieve a call from from a mobile number which contact i have in my contacts in outlook i can see the name of the contact and the mobile number in my skype for bussines client. When i recieve the missed call notification in outlook it just shows me the number not the name of the contact. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    My environment is Skype for Business online and Exchange online. However, we don’t have the admin role. So, I cannot enable missed call notifications.

    The result is the same as yours when a call received from the Skype for Business client. About missed call notification part, I will contact others to help us to confirm. If there is any update, I will share with you.
