DNS and FQDN issue while configuring MS Tunnel for Intune

Hi,

I have configure the Microsoft Tunnel for Intune. I am facing the following issues-

  1. On prem applications are accessible through Internal IP on iOS and Android by it is not accessible through my FQDN.
  2. The MS Tunnel Configuration is Working with the Linux machine Public IP in Intune but when I use the Linux machine FQDN, it doesn't work. FYI-The Linux machine is Domain joined.

Any help ASAP on this will be highly appreciated.
