Exam discount problem (account)

Hello.
I completed Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals. And after 5 days i supposed to get az 900 exam discount. But i have a problem, i used my company business email @JIANYONG .com, instead of private @Karima ben .com. Is it any chance to transfer discount to my private email?
