Normally you have the option in Safari to add a link to your home page, a shortcut. I seems that intune has this option standard disabled, how can I enable putting a shortcut on the homepage of an Ipad ?

Based on my check, I didn't find that there is any setting in intune can block users to add bookmarks to the homepage from safari.
How did you do the action in your device? If possible, please shows the screen shots and we will continue to discuss.
