Unable to login to my 365 account

Trying to log in to my 365 account I get the message that "This Microsoft account does not exist" !!!!

Since i am the only administrator of our small (2 person) business, there isnt any other administrator to solve my issue.

Any help???

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the O365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850, 800-642-7676
