We are starting to see this warning in Outlook that emails came from an external source. My end users really dislike it and want to disable it. How do I go about that? I've attached a screen capture.

You can disable it via the Set-ExternalInOutlook cmdlet: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/set-externalinoutlook?view=exchange-ps

Before doing so, I'd recommend reading more about what the feature is intended to do, as it might help prevent some bad actors from confusing your users: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/native-external-sender-callouts-on-email-in-outlook/ba-p/2250098/
