Azure Resource Mover ResourceMoverRG stuck at provisioningState Deleting

I had a resource group named "dp-101" at West US region, i tried to move it to East US 2 region but before "ResourceMoverRG-westus-eastus-eus2" finishes i deleted "dp-101" resource group from West US and it just deleted successfully. Then i saw that "ResourceMoverRG-westus-eastus-eus2" is not finished yet. This was 2 days ago, now i have no resources (not that i need them) but still cannot delete "ResourceMoverRG-westus-eastus-eus2" resourcegroup because it's stuck at provisioningState Deleting. When i open this resource group it still shows DP-101 and keyvault at West US, but when i click them it says Resource Not available.

I'm stuck with this "ResourceMoverRG-westus-eastus-eus2" resourcegroup and cannot remove it. I tried to force remove it from CLI and also from powershell several times without luck.

I ended up here with the help of Chat Support.

A technical team should check the situation.
