Nothing happens when I press the Sign in Button in Office365 Outlook Email Adapter in BizTalk Server 2016

I've installed Feature Pack 3 CU 9 on a BizTalk 2016 Server and installed BizTalk TMS.

However when I press the Sign In button on creating either a receive location or send port, nothing happens.

And yes, I know about the Stackoverflow Q&A, both answer on there are to install BizTalk TMS.

No errors in the Windows Event log either.

Has anyone encountered this and know how to fix it?
