THANK YOU. Our agency decided to follow Microsoft's recommendation to migrate to the Outlook Mobile App in lieu of Microsoft's, quickly approaching, Basic to Modern Authentication cut over. I did a successful test push of the Outlook App (required mode) to my test phone today. The plan will be to have users (all remote) eventually delete the Mail App. I also did that on my test phone today - all seems well. However I'm now concerned about The Notes and Reminders App's data. My synced data seems fine but will those Apps continue to sync with Exchange unimpeded? The environment is extremely pop-up message intolerant. Also - someone made mention that we might need licenses for the Outlook Mobile App (listed as a free App in the App store and elsewhere. (?) Thanks again!

    Hello @GDOLAdmin ,

It's good to hear that the Outlook Mobile App migration went smoothly for you. In regards to the Notes and Reminders apps, as long as you have properly configured the Outlook Mobile App to connect to your Exchange server and have granted it the necessary permissions, it should be able to sync with Exchange and access your notes and reminders data just like the Mail app did.

Regarding licenses, the Outlook Mobile App is indeed a free app that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. However, depending on your organization's subscription to Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online, you may need to have a license assigned to each user in order to access certain features or to use the app with your organization's Exchange server. You can check with your administrator or refer to your subscription plan to determine if any licenses are required for the Outlook Mobile App.

    Good luck!
