    Thank you everyone who helped here. Issue seems to be the packages in the DP. package recreation help in this case

    You need to provide a lot more details here please including (but not limited to) things like what kind of task sequence is this, how are you running it, why is the SMS client service not running, what does the TS look like as a whole, etc.?

    @SCCM SQL

    0x80040154 means class not registered. Many factors that could cause this problem, such as lower ADK version with the latest CM version and so on.

    1. Could we have a screenshot to see the current state of our client?
    2. SMSTS.log have more details about our OSD process, we may get some ideals from it.
    3. How many clients have met this issue? Is it a small part or whole of it?
    4. Was the version of our ADK and CM version match or not?
    5. Was the task sequence we use is a regular one or with MDT?
