why no matter what we do in the service, the estimated cost is always at 0?

I would like to know why no matter what we do in the service, the estimated cost is always at 0? Why also does the list of submitted jobs have no column with the number of credits used?
Why in the list of credits used according to the suppliers it is not known the number of credits used for each of the tasks submitted?

The estimated cost for quantum operations in Azure Quantum is always displayed as $0.00 because the cost of running quantum operations on a quantum computer is not yet determined. The list of submitted jobs does not display a column with the number of credits used because the cost of running quantum operations has not yet been determined. Similarly, the list of credits used according to the suppliers does not display the number of credits used for each task because the cost of running quantum operations has not yet been determined.
