How to port numbers away from Microsoft teams

Hello

Please I need your help on this issues

we are trying to port a number series away from Microsoft Teams.

Well, away from Calling-Plans and onto Operator Connect.

When porting into MS, COLT was chosen by MS as operator.

Now, I want to port to Nuwave, so they can deliver the numbers to me via OC.

But neither me, Nuwave nor COLT are able to get porting order approved by Microsoft.

Rejection reason: "ECCO Deutschland is not the name we have registered. we have to reject.”

we have tried 3 times with different details in the port order, and everytime Microsoft rejects.

Now I would like to know which name to put into the port order?

    You can try to get in contact with the Microsoft Phone Number Service Center. You can do this via the Teams Admin portal
