I understand that you would like to know the performance bandwidth/restrictions for a classic Microsoft CDN.
Please note that the CDN is in fact, behind the scenes, our Azure Global Network.
This is leveraged to provide customers to let users across the globe access their traffic.
This means, CDN at a specific location is not a single entity, but a collection of POP servers.
So, even if a single POP is overloaded, the nearest POPs should serve the traffic.
Also, this means, a single POP is responsible for multiple customer's data. So there is no such hard limits on individual customer's traffic.
