Hello Everyone!
Any user with OneDrive access can access the following notification settings from the web:

They can also control the same notification on the OneDrive sync client:
I would like to control these settings from the tenant level, for example I would like to disable "Email notification when OneDrive detects lots of files are deleted at once" for all users in my tenant.
I am very interested in knowing how this is achieved. I couldn't not find a relevant setting under Sharepoint Admin Center.

On Administration, we dont have this possibility, so i think its not possible.
I recently deploy and manage OneDrive for a Office 365 Deployment, and we only find GPO for manage OneDrive, we dont have more solutions.
Maybe, Microsoft work on this.

OneDrive administration portal have some settings, but it's just general settings.
For specific settings, like this, you need to use GPO for example.

I have checked the provided documentation.
It seems though as if the setting you control via GPO titled "Prompt users when they delete multiple OneDrive files on their local computer" only controls the following:
This policy sets the threshold for how many files a user can delete from a local OneDrive folder before the user is notified that the files will also be deleted from the cloud.
As, if they deleted files from the cloud would still receive an email notification. Also, the added the following as a note:
Meaning, this doesn't really control whether they receive the email notification because that an independent setting they control on the Web/client as I mentioned above.
Does this mean there is no other way to have that disabled? Is it a setting that only the user chooses to enable or disable, and the admin has no control over that?
