Unfortunately, we have users who are not willing to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on their personal smartphones and they do not have company-issued ones. Is it at all possible to issue them with OATH hardware tokens to use for MFA purposes?

I have seen older blog posts about MFA server, which was something you install on-prem but that was discontinued - do we have the ability currently to assign such tokens to users?

@IS-PayPoint, Yes you can use the OATH hardware tokens with Azure MFA. The feature is in Public Preview as of now. You can read more on this here.
