Unfortunately, we have users who are not willing to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on their personal smartphones and they do not have company-issued ones. Is it at all possible to issue them with OATH hardware tokens to use for MFA purposes? I have seen older blog posts about MFA server, which was something you install on-prem but that was discontinued - do we have the ability currently to assign such tokens to users?

I have seen that page, but it is outdated possibly!? "MFA Server - OATH tokens" this was removed from the portal and therefore I struggle finding where to configure these... I have also raised a support case so fingers crossed...

@IS-PayPoint, The document is not outdated. It has been last updated on 16th Aug 2019. The OATH hardware token options are still available in the portal. You are not able to find that possibly because, the MFA settings have been moved under the Security blade in AAD. I am hopeful that you would find the settings once you refer to the screenshot below.

@IS-PayPoint, Can you let me know which option you are selecting to get to this MFA blade? Can you please send me a screenshot of the screen before this screenshot that you have shared and point to the option that you are select.

Ideally, the MFA options would be listed under the Security Blade, present under AAD blade [AAD --> Security --> MFA ]
