Why is my sandbox failing to activate with an AADSTS500021: Access to 'Microsoft Learn Sandbox' tenant is denied. error?
I reached out to the sandbox team and it looks like this can be related to accounts created with known disposable email providers (including .onmicrosoft.com), which are blocked to prevent abuse of the learn sandboxes. The recommendation is to use an account with an email provider that requires additional security measures during activation.
