How Can I Get an Exam I Passed with Certiport Migrated to my Microsoft Account?

Hello,

In May, I passed my MTA Software Development Fundamentals Exam using Certiport and it is not showing in my Microsoft account. I used a different email address with them, but all my other details are the same. How can I get it to show here on my Microsoft Account?
